Why do prospects book a consultation and not show up?
Usually because life got in the way and nothing brought the appointment back to mind before it happened, or because rescheduling felt like more hassle than simply not showing up. Very few no-shows represent a prospect who deliberately decided against meeting with you.
That distinction matters for how you respond: if no-shows were mostly lost interest, the fix would be about persuasion. Since they're mostly forgetfulness and friction, the fix is timing (reminders) and ease (one-tap rescheduling) instead.
